·         Ageing: over 12 month in 70% French oak, 30% American oak

·         Vineyards:  Valle del Pedernal, San Juan, Argentina

·         Altitude: 1400 meters. (4593 feet) over sea level.

·         Latitude: 33º South.

·      Temperatures at production area:  very wide amplitude between maximum and minimum temperature.

·         Ideal temperature for drinking: 18º, open 45 minutes before serving.
